Some of our programmes are specialist services that have been designed by and for the people that use them.
Is there an age limit?
We have programmes for children, young people and adults.
How much does it cost?
Everything we do is free to attend.

Can I attend any programme that I like?
We wish that we could extend all of our offer to everyone. However, we always try to use our resources in such a way as to prioritise people who are experiencing unfair health or other inequalities. We also have limited capacity as a small charity and this can affect our programme recruitment.
I have some additional needs, is it safe for me to get involved?
We will work with you assess and support your needs.
